Our Store Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to
provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.


Should you change your mind, we will provide an exchange or credit note for
lighting products, providing the following requirements are met:
▪ The item is returned with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
▪ The item is returned with the original packaging, unopened and in the
same state the item was given to you. We will not return any items that
have a damaged or open box. This includes writing on the box.


If these requirements are not met, just lights will not accept the item.
If an item is deemed physically faulty from manufacturing, we will provide a
refund or replacement.


We do not permit exchanges, credit notes or lay buys for any homeware items or
cushions.


Credit notes are valid for 12 months.


All orders require a minimum 50% deposit. Any orders that are cancelled become
an automatic credit note.


Any order that is not paid in full and not collected within 6 months will
automatically be cancelled and your deposit will become a credit note.


Any items that are Ex Display, On Sale or Custom LED Strip Lights/Profiles are
not permitted to be returned at any time.


All lighting products and wall clocks have a warranty by law of 12 months from
date of purchase, unless stated longer on the packaging by the company.
Any ceiling fan warranties must go through the in-home warranty service
provided by the company. Contact the company direct using the warranty form inside the product box.
