SHIPPING RATES
The cost of shipping your order will be automatically calculated at the checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight or size of the order.
Orders with items that require ordering (stock is not on hand) can take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
If you have selected to pick up your order in store, this also will take up to 5 business days if the items need to be ordered (stock not on hand).
However, if the items are available in store, you will be notified within 1-2 days.
Please keep in mind that additional shipping costs may incur for products over 2m long or 15kg in weight.

Please allow some additional time for any orders placed on weekends and public holidays as these orders will not be processed the same day.
• Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we will take no responsibility or liability for delayed deliveries. It is strongly advisable to not book an electrician for installation until your order has physically arrived to your premises.
• Any custom made orders will take up to 10 business days to produce.
Damaged Goods or Missing Orders in Transit:
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Just Lights within seven days of receipt of the product. The customer is to provide photographs of the damages and label. Then email them to salesjustlights@gmail.com.
If the product is to be replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Just Lights and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice
